It is sweet James but it takes a long time until you reach that point. It’s also sweet when you have people join your business in the first week with traditional methods. I don’t buy that stuff about the upline. You go up until you find someone earning 6 figures and they can show you the ropes. If they can’t then consider joining a successful team or head for great trainers like Randy Gage, Eric Worre or Dani Johnson. It’s all so accessible today there is no excuse for a poor skill-set offline.

I love workingonline with a passion but I also know that new people joining my MLM today need to learn the basics or no amount of online stuff will get them where they want to go. As with most things its in the balance.

I couldn’t agree with you more. But my thoughts are that people should start with their warm market before they venture into their cold online market. Social Media is huge and at the end of the day this business is all about building relationships whether you build them online or offline, the choice is yours. Building an email list is another great way to build relationships too. I regularly recruit people through just sending out email blasts to people on my list. But keep in mind many of these folks have been getting emails from me for many months.
