I’ve been thinking a lot about what the winners in network marketing do versus the people who have some success but next thing you know they’ve switched to another company or are promoting the latest hi-tech gizmo.
My question for you today is; Are you in this for the long term? Or are you just spinning your wheels and hopping around from opportunity to opportunity with no system and no long term plan?

Well I’ve just come back from a holiday with my family so sorry for not blogging for a while. I just realised that I know how to keep things going when I’m in semi-holiday mode but so many people just think it’s time to close up shop.
No it’s not! Trust me if you let yourself stop all marketing activity for your business now you will be so sorry in the autumn.
October and November are HUGE months in home business but they will only be huge for you if you keep on sowing those seeds now.

These are just SOME of the business cards I collected a couple of years back when I did a ton of local networking. Yesterday I dug them out and thought DUH Rachel. You’re building a huge list online but what about all these guys?

If you’ve been following my Blog for a while you’ll know that I have been pretty successful at using attraction marketing to draw people towards me in all kinds of cool ways.
I’ve built a great list of fabulous like minded people (like you) who read my Blogs and many of whom interact with me in the social media space.
I’ve enrolled some fabulous people all over the globe whom I never would have met if I was just working locally.
Learning this skill set has also enabled me to write and market my own e-books and websites for other projects, which has long been my dream.

Today I’m excited to review Everyone Communicates, Few Connect by John C Maxwell. Maxwell has long been a favourite author of mine.
For those of you who are new to his work let me introduce you.
John Maxwell is the ‘go to guy,’ on leadership and in his latest book, ‘Everyone Communicates, Few Connect,’ he shares his 5 Connecting Principles and 5 Connecting Practices.
The first observation in the book that really hit me was, ‘Talk is cheap, everybody does it.’
