Hello, this is Rachel bringing you the latest Transformation Conversation Podcast.
And today we are looking at the creative edge in business. I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, and one of the things that I’ve been noticing more and more is how crazy it’s got online – how competitive it is, and how much noise there is online. I was looking just yesterday – some people were talking about running Facebook Ads, and all of this strategy and the gimmicks and the how to ‘game’ Facebook, if you like, was just so complex and not appealing to me at all, I have to say. But this online madness isn’t a new thing.
Hello, this is Rachel bringing you the next episode in the new Superpower series. So, last week we talked about the superpower of letting go and the next logical piece for me is about allowing. So, the superpower of allowing is what we’re talking about today. Allowing is an interesting superpower because we can let go or give up all we want, but if we don’t allow things to unfold, then we stop the flow of whatever wants to happen. I see allowing as being at peace with what wants to happen.
Hello, this is Rachel bringing you today’s transformation conversation. We have the new Superpower Series. Today’s episode is the superpower of letting go, which I see as the sister of the previous superpower, which was the superpower of giving up. The reason I say that is because I see these two as very closely linked.
Hello, this is Rachel bringing you the latest transformation conversation. Our topic this week is calming your busy mind for clarity and productivity. The classic busy mind is something that many of us have been aware of for years. If you’re anything like me, you might have tried to calm your busy mind. I used to think that it was a real problem. I tried meditation. I found that pretty frustrating because it really produced mixed results for me. Sometimes I felt calmer and quieter. Sometimes I didn’t. Most of the time it ended up just being another thing on my giant to do list. Add that to the morning routine we’re encouraged to do for personal development.
Hello. This is Rachel bringing you the latest transformation conversation. Got something a little bit different for you this week. We’re going to talk about the topic of being addicted to love and how that might be getting in the way of your work and productivity. The thing with addiction to love is that we may not even realise we’re in it when we’re in it …
Hello and welcome to this week’s transformation conversation. This podcast today is a follow on from last week’s How Do You Know When It’s Intuition? If you missed that one then you can go back at the blog and find that, or look on iTunes on the podcasts.
Hi, this is Rachel bringing you this weeks transformation conversation. How do you know when it’s intuition? This is a question that I’ve asked myself so many times over the years, and I’ve gone back and forth with different theories, and intellectual understandings about what intuition is, and what wisdom is, whatever you want to call it.
Hi, this is Rachel, bringing you today’s transformation conversation. We’ve got a topic today that’s quite different to anything I’ve really spoken about ever before, and that’s about sleep. Now, high achievers, people that take their professional career really seriously can have what I’m seeing is a kind of secret life where externally they look high-achieving, they look very happy, often very wealthy, just amazing on Facebook, and underneath all that, there’s often a lot of stress and fear and worry and all kinds of stuff bubbling below the surface. That’s what I want to talk to you about today.
Hi, this is Rachel bringing you today’s transformation conversation. Are you using your business to feel worthy? I’ve just come back from a week in California, Venice Beach. I’ve been spending a lot of time with some really, really cool people, going deeper into the nature of what I call the fearless understanding. We’ve been looking at the nature of how the mind works and how life works.
Hello. This is Rachel bringing you today’s transformation conversation. Do you love yourself enough? I was recently chatting with a friend about the nature of loving yourself. As so often happens after a deep conversation, I had some insights I want to share with you in today’s conversation.
