Secret 7) Train them with 3 way calls
It is AMAZING what comes out on a good 3 way call. If you learn to do good information style 3 way calls you will enrol people into your group.
Teach your team member how to position the call so it is not intimidating. After a positive follow up to an exposure, I teach my guys to say, 'the next step is for me to introduce you to my business partner so you can learn abit more about our team and see the kind of support network we have.'
