<p>Today we&#8217;ll cover some ways that you can tap into this new market of professionals in the corporate world who are suddenly open to taking a look at other ways of creating an income.</p>
<p>1 <strong>Set up some professional looking online content</strong>. Prospects from the corporate world are used to &#8216;professional&#8217; looking websites and materials. Make a new capture page for this niche;  (or pay someone to make one for you!) take the extra time to check your spelling and to present your content in an attractive way. What is okay with internet network marketers may look sloppy to those from the outside looking in.</p>
<p>2 <strong>Talk/write normally!</strong> Avoid inside <a href="http://rachelhenke.com/networkmarketing" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://rachelhenke.com/networkmarketing';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">Network Marketing</a> lingo or jargon. When people don&#8217;t understand things they turn off. To be attractive you must be clear and have people able to receive your message.</p>
<p>3 <strong>Be business like</strong>. Set up an application process of some kind whereby they need to apply for information. The &#8216;employee&#8217; mindset is one where they are used to having to qualify for jobs and ask for people&#8217;s time. This will establish you as an expert and they will respect you from the outset.</p>
<p>4 <strong>Lead with value</strong>. Give some real information about the industry and the new economy which educates them and intrigues them to learn more. Avoid hype as people can smell it a mile off. Produce a short report as a giveaway on your blog or capture page, explaining more about starting a home based business, or the benefits of <a href="http://rachelhenke.com/networkmarketing" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://rachelhenke.com/networkmarketing';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">Network Marketing</a> etc.</p>
<p>5 <strong>You can offer a short consultation </strong>to these high quality candidates that come through your marketing funnel and show them the options for getting started with you and setting up their business. You can show them how <a href="http://rachelhenke.com/networkmarketing" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='http://rachelhenke.com/networkmarketing';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">Network Marketing</a> is a solution for them where they can use their skills to prosper in this new economy.</p>
<p>6 <strong>Use the best quality tools </strong>your company or team has to offer. Good videos and DVDs are working very well now. Wherever possible use <strong>&#8217;3rd party tools&#8217; </strong>to pre-qualify your candidates so you only spend your time speaking to the &#8216;right&#8217; people. Team training videos/ webcasts with testimonials and system training also work great for prospects who are deciding. (With online marketing you can use these in lieu of a live meeting if you don&#8217;t have one near the candidate)</p>
<p>7 <strong>After your candidates have reviewed some introductory </strong>information and you have had a chat with them about what they are looking to do, introduce them to one of your upline. I just say &#8216;the next step is for me to introduce you to my business partner so you can see what sort of support network we have and see if we&#8217;re a fit.&#8217;</p>
<p>I feel it doesn&#8217;t matter if you have all the answers. Another voice of a successful business partner validating what you have said and sharing their experience with the new candidate works wonders so if you&#8217;re <strong>fearful of 3 way calls </strong>I would advise you to get over it and get your upline working for you!</p>
<p>Just remember you have something great for the right person. Don&#8217;t give your time and chase prospects without qualifying them in some way. They will respect you way more if they feel that this is a professional process they need to go through to join your team, and you are not accepting everyone! This is attraction marketing.</p>
<p>This is the same for all prospects but especially so with employees who expect to jump through some hoops to get something great.</p>
