Absolutely. It seems a lot of sponsors lose focus of where they were when they first started and how necessary it was for their up line to be there for them.

At the same time, I think it's safe to say that many new recruits can waste some of your time if you allow them to.

I agree that you need to keep in close contact with new business partnersat first, or they may “drift away”.

I have often done role playing with new team members or dialed the first few calls while they listened in.
